ThermoKing Tripac bogs down when A/C is on

I was looking for this manifold about week. My local TK dealer had no stock. Called AZ, NV , NM dealers and non of them had it. Bough it at Tulsa TK. It was $66 plus tax

Not installed yet. I will do it tomorrow. Just stopped at walmart for freon...

 

Installed it. Tested in AZ. It was 110 114f today here... Its ok now. Very little stalling, maybe 2-3 seconds and rpm goes up. The problem solved

 

good deal, turn idler screw all way in should resolve that problem. Then check fuel filters and make sure low pressure line is at least 10 feet long, make sure goes gradually from compressor to cab.

my 06 is running like dream every since new manifold installed.

 

i just noticed that cooling temperature is little high. At ambient temperature 95F the went was blowing 50F . Now i have 62F ...

 

Since there is no information in instalation manual regarding the length of low pressure hose, can you please advise why return line must be at least 10 feet long?
