Thermostats? Engine overheating? On my cat they replaced the housing they fit in. It was pitted, and rough. Just done a few months ago, so we will see. How old is engine? What kind?

 

Mayby you already did..but i googled thermisters. Old posts came up, i think 2016, or 15, that may help you out?

 

Should be 1 year parts and labour warranty if any decent shop installed those for you. If you continue to have repeat failures, I would say you have a wiring or connector problem that is corrected when new sensors are install and gradually fail again due to wear connector pins or semi broken wire.

 

Ok, that might be the problem. International did a couple of updates on them because there were bad designs and then a huge bad batch a few years ago. I suggest your next set should be genuine International ones from your local dealer. I know they are probably more money, but better than messing around all the time like this.
