First off I am I am not saying I agree with this but show me where they are not allowed to pay when they get paid? Their pay schedule can be to whatever they agreed to, doesn’t mean they follow it and that sounds like he issue but there is no law that says you have to pay in a timely manner. Most business to business transaction have payment terms ranging from 30 days to 90 days, not saying this is business to business but just pointing out no such thing as law demanding you pay in a timely manner.p608 Thanks this.
