    as long as you CYA, why do you even care? isnt that why company drivers are company drivers? so they are not responsible for the truck?

    yes, the thief is a thief, but that is swifts problem, not yours

    they are the ones who hired this outstanding citizen

    i hear similar stories from jbhunt drivers, and typically its because he needed batteries for his truck and management was being a jerk

    he probably didnt see it as stealing because it was swift property going back onto swift property

    Last time I was in Lancaster I had two diamonds stolen out of my truck when it was in the shop!!! Forgot to take them out
