From what I have read, every company requires you to bring a standard list of things. One would be proof that you are eligible to work in America. A passport is generally used for this purpose.

Also, some companies run into Canada or Mexico. They would require a passport.

I am surprised you were not sent a suggested packing list and a checklist of all items required.

    sgt50 Thanks this.

Well, no companies go into mexico. A driver will take a loaded trailer down to the border and then a mexican driver will take it on across. Just show up at orientation with driver license and maybe a birth certificate.

From personal experience, I know Prime provides a standard list of items, including proof that a [potential] Student is eligible to work in America. However, Prime's standard list of items does not include a Passport. To learn about that, I called my Recruiter and asked if I needed to bring my Passport. I was asked how long I wanted to be out and where I wanted to run. When I said three weeks to month and all 48, I was advised to bring my Passport.

Like TBonze, I am surprised that a suggested packing list and a checklist was not provided... I would call my Recruiter and ask about that, but that's just me.

    TBonze Thanks this.
