Agreed. Those were good days. My shoulders hurt thinking about that big white wheel in my old k-100, but I still miss it from time to time.

 

We’ve gone in the weeds a bit, but you’ve made me remember my White Road Boss. Possibly the last one at that time. RTO 9 speed, a warmed over 400 big cam, built in house, unknown gears... I ran out of fortitude before that thing ever ran out of engine.
