You layed back until enough trucks passed you to fill up the ramp to the scale, then you kept on rolling.

when i signed up for drivewyze, it asked nothing about weight registrations. only the name of company, dot #, truck and plate number.

i tried the 30 day trial and was all green, once i signed up and paid. nothing but red. so i cancelled the service. when asked why, i said why should i pay for something i was doing for free before. 3 other drivers also tried the service for 30 days, everybody got green. i'm the only one that actually signed up to pay. just for red.

when i called drivewyze they said 100% pull in. shortly thereafter an alert was sent out to all users of 100% pull in rate in utah. and that there was a technical issue. that was almost a month ago. and issue still not fixed. i'm thinking something went wrong with utah and now utah isn't approving the drivewyze. i get red in idaho also.

we can't have prepass because of our score. which will never come down as there's always ONE DRIVER getting log violations every month.

I just assume a red light on my pre pass is an error so I always keep going.

if your truck is registered with prepass at 65000 and you enter the scale over 65000 you are redlighted. it simple, if they told you registered weight is 65000 in prepass, contact them and get it changed. simple

If you log in to prepass.com and enter your device #, it will show all of your prepass events, green light and red light. If you were red lighted, it will tell you why.

It will also have a lot to do with whate percentage the scale house is running at.
The Ga. scale houses run in the upper 90% as Red forman said,so I never get a
bypass on some of these chicken houses.
One of our drivers threw a fit one day,and the scale house attendant told him they
ran as close to 100 as possible,so empty, loaded, prepass,or not, come on in.
I hate riding through the ones in Tn,and Al,and no one is even on duty. All interior
lights are off,but everyone gets called in.

in utah, if the scale is closed, during the day. EVERYONE runs through anyways. i'll be the only truck zipping by.

they never do it at night though. can't figure that one out. i mean, sign says open when flashing. and it's NOT flashing.

You got to also take into consideration that were are in the fourth quarter and the dot is going to be pushing hard to make they're annual quota. That combined with a some what high CSA score will get you pulled. I would say if your companies score is 50% or higher right now, you'll probably get Red lighted.

I rarely get pulled in but was was red lighted just on Thursday. Like RatPack I just assumed it was a green and just kept rolling.

It might also be where you are running.

Certain states pull nearly EVERYONE in at certain times, no matter if you have a PrePass.
