But it is true, you can’t see what’s going on until you get here and getting here would be a big waste of time if you saw what’s going on, understand?
There are two factors involved in this industry regardless, one is capacity and the other is supply.
supply is always finite, where capacity isn’t,
We are over capacity even with the recession type economy almost 28%, this effects everything we deal with from fuel prices to rates we haul for, even insurance is effected.
we don’t need more trucks, we need a lot less trucks.
I won’t get into the revolving door and all the other crap that produces crap drivers which should effect capacity but doesn’t, no one can figure out why.

It’s a digital world. Get rid of the trucking idea imo. There’s so much to do online, but if that isn’t your interest…with that capital think hard about a service that no one wants to do that absolutely needs to be done.
I’ve been building a business myself, crime scene and hazard cleaning. I run/own a paid newsletter, and a paid stock trading group. All after getting out of trucking. No limit if you say so!
with that capital you are your only limit. -
Don't do it!!!! Becoming a trucker don't waste your money until you learn about the industry. If them tires ain't turning, you ain't earning an$300 thousand a year; one truck will be enough to pay for some repairs; you're first week might be your last week, if you're not driving for yourself.
