    Hi all. Thinking about DCS account w JB. Orientation will be in Chicago. Anyone w specifics on what is done during the physical, specifically the lifting weights step test stuff ? I have gotten pretty bad out of shape the last year and am working out now. Would like to know what to train for before orientation. Thanks guys. :biggrin_255:

    Also would be running DCS out of Omaha, any other info would be great !

    its been years since I did the first physical for the company, But when you go in I believe they still do a hair test on new hires plus the normal one.
