    Troll? Idk...

But I might as well entertain your post. ..

    1. Your right, I don't average 3000 miles a week, it's actual 3200 miles a week. But for pay purposes, it's about 3000 due to hub miles shorting me 5%-10% of the miles on every load. Received my truck on July 31st at 360,127, as of today truck is at 398,896.. Oh btw, my first week, I drove someone else's truck, so add another 2400 miles for my first week out.

    2. I have only replied these last few days to this forum, on my 10 hour off. I'm rarely on here.

    3. Hmm... 4 trips in a 14 hour window with 2 being live load. .. I did that just a few days ago. Last week, I also did a multistop Walmart run into Cleveland had 3 stops, and did 2 more drop and hooks, and finished it off with a live load and dropped that in Gary OC, within my 14 hour window. I bet you haven't done that.

    4. The reason being an IC seems hard to most people, is because they want the money and don't want to put in the work. Plus, there are tons of lazy drivers that want to dick around here and there, which is most likely the real reason it seems so "hard".

    5. I have a pretty good idea about how being a choice driver works. Oh by the way, did I mention I use to be an IC with CR England. Truck grossed about $250k a year, I netted about $120k of that after it was all said and done. Did I also mention I only worked 10 months out the year, and took 2 months off every year there, to boot?

    6. If it's hard work mentally to you, can I suggest trying some Sudoku, or maybe even downloading the Luminosity app to your phone, it can be found in the app store or play store.

You'll be back on here crying about about how sni failed you and this program sucks...first of all,it's NOT about how many miles you get on this program, if you think it is,you're going to fail as we all suspect within 90 days...you think you more than the rest of us who have been over here...

Apples to apples, seems like someone is make the Schneider Choice program out to be more complicated than quantum mechanics.

Or in reality, it's first come first serve on who books the highest paying loads with with shortest miles when the best loads hit the boards, and being able to book the best reloads and constantly staying where the money is.

The only real difference between what you do and I do, is you get to dispatch your own loads, and you get to keep a percentage % of the load revenue. Everything else in between (maintenance, staring at board, waiting for good loads to hit, etc) is moot. It's part of being an IC. Oh, and basically make more money.

Did I miss something? Not to step on people's toes here, but please don't make being an IC Choice driver overly complicated to other less informed, new drivers reading this thread.

I don't know it all, but I certainly know when people make things sound more complicated than it really is.

Well you go ahead and only stay on light loads...see how that works for you....and stay south of i70 too and see how that works....you won't make anything and as an ic it's not what you gross but what you net is what you make...

Wow, what a thread..lol. I guess my biggest question would be: Why, if you have that much driving AND profitable L/O experience, why on earth did you start out at Schneider as a company driver?

Oh please let me know your solution to make this easier for me because I only netted $3218.39 last week with a day at the house, load cancel at shipper and a 133 mile empty hunt.

Please tell me how to make money on choice.

You missed everything. We aren't making anything overly complicated, what you've been told by all who have replied is very much dumbed down...you know....so the new less informed drivers can understand.

Having been so successful why even leave CRE in the first place?

Even so, must have missed the part where 1 yr otr gets you in to choice from the outside.

And I call bs on the walmrart run described up there. NO good way from wintersville up to cleveland.
