Thats what I heard so far, I really want to join the swift family the only thing stopping me is that stupid age limit, now if I can persuade my recruiter for the cdl school to try to get me a spot in there that would be great! maybe you can be my trainer texas-nana :p

uhhhhhhhhhhhhh I don't train. Heck I'm only now coming close to my one year.

Before you get your heart set on Swift by way of a cdl school, please verify with the Swift recruiter that they'll hire someone under 21 from a cdl school.

My understanding is that it's not just the academies not hiring under 23 but Swift, period.

Or maybe I've misunderstood. It happens a LOT. LOL

I hope you get on with someone soon and that the path leads you to Swift eventually.

jtrnr951, If people have time to write on these forums about there "bad" expeirences with companies, they should spend that time correcting their problems with the company in which they are employed.

    Texas-Nana and jtrnr1951 Thank this.
