    Yes I've read most of the threads in here saying how bad lease purchases can be. I've also read some positive stuff about them. On not looking for negative answers (I can read them in the other threads) just looking for ideas, companies to look into, and positive lease purchases. Thanks

    It's real simple 90% of the people who lease fail ... They fail because they don't understand what they're doing.

    The 10% who succeed understand what business is. They know how to start one, manage one and operate one.

    If you knew how start and manage a business, you wouldn't have bothered to waste your time with this post.
