Absolutely correct, chalupa. I could never team long term. By long term, I mean anything more than about two days. I'd be eyeballing that shovel and bag of lime in the under bunk storage area in fairly short order...
Thanks again for the input ... I get the solo thing. I had run nothing but team up until I got this truck and being solo has definite appeal. But having an asset that can make me money sit, drives me a lot crazier than just about anyone I could hire as second seat - as long has they were clean, reasonably civil and don't grind the gears anymore than I do. As for experience, depends on the driver, at least 6 months. Preferably a year plus.
