Lol glad you saw the humor. I total agree, I've seen some really crispy critters here too. I always have a backup plan, was looking for a job when I found this one. Big companies liquidate positions so fast only a fool would think he's secure. It's still a good job, easy, decent benefits, (insurance not so much) but I'll always keep my eyes open for something better, as they are with me.

 

They're doing a full rebid 3 times next year.

 

Yeah the full rebid will definitely change with seniority, I'll be on a 5/2 5/3 Next rebid for sure.

 

This payout is whatever percentage they give example 1pct if your gross for previous year and no you will not be getting a pay raise.one lump sum
