  3. that's why if they tried to push it too much you just roll up to a scale walk on in and say this is what they want me to do why don't you give me an inspection when you can look at my e logs in my bills and see something's not coinciding...
I used to do that all the time before you locks but if they didn't want to fix the equipment and I said hey you know what this needs an alignment need some steer tires etc..
company says no there with inspect it's like now it's driving weird when I'm going to do is I'm going to roll onto the first scale I find and cause such a distraction and rukus pulling in a wreckless manner they're going to come running out wonder what the hell's the problem?
and I'm going to tell them put this thing out of service...
I used to do that when they push me with my logbook okay fine you want to play these games with me okie doke.. I'm captain of this ship I make the calls.
again I will simply drive onto the scale house almost drive off the scale and I'll have them come out running wondering what the hell kind of drugs am I on and I'll say I'm I know kind of drugs at all I'm fatigued I want to go to sleep I'm being forced to run illegal put me out of service..
needless to say you would be surprised before I left the terminal there were new steer tires on it was properly aligned the right way..
the nine years I was at that company they never gave me any BS when I said I'm tired I'm not changing my logbook I'm going to bed.
bottom line you let these companies bully you around they're going to continue to bully you around you have to put your foot down but you also have to make sure you got a scare tactic that they're not going to like

PC is just another name for Off Duty.

If you ever question acceptable use of PC, replace the words "Personal Conveyance" with "Off Duty" and ask yourself again.

You are violated if you did what they asked.

Just for contacting you in the sleeper go back to onduty phone call dispatch, go back to bunk for 10 hours or whatever, document who asked to do what when, and so forth under PC (You cannot are are not that stupid) and turn that into DOT whistle blower. (Dates, times etc.)

I usually pick a short scale house like near vicksburg where your sign is 15 mph off 70+ lock it up and splatter their platform.

They come running out focused on me.

Whats it with you. Get that back there and get in here right quick.

    My lucky day.

    IF I had to.

A form of blackmail when necessary should you be with a bad company. Just BE very careful. YOU might be the one burned.

Set your phone up so that only the calls that you need to answer while on break, get through. Dispatch is not one of them.
