Not only was I warned..... I made it clear from day 1: that you won't hear me complain due to the fact that I WAS forewarned.

i was terminated for refusing 3 loads as was told to me.

which is untrue: there were 3 preplans that my codriver didn't accept for the reason given already (not enough time to do SAFELY)

No disrespect intended sir..... But did you read that the trucks are governed to 62? Maybe your math is better than mine but the truck DOES have to stop for fuel..........Maybe I should ask if YOU have driven from Chicago to Sac in 30 hours legally before?.............I'm not sure what type of attitude I have that's going to make me fail at any company- can you explain what I did wrong?

NO you can't. It is 36 hours of straight driving, stopping just for fuel and to use restroom.

So, you've never been assigned a load you couldn't legally do, and turned it down for cause? Kinda hard to believe....I turned down several annually at Schneider for cause...never a problem as long as I could show why. Same here at Crete.

Nope. I've told them how late I will be, but I will still do the load. They usually would give it to someone else or swap loads. The words "I refuse the load" is not in my vocabulary.

See and THATS what was never said.... My codriver just said it can't be done safely in that time frame - to the PREPLAN- not the load assignment ( I'm so glad I took pics of all the Qualcomm messages)
