Quite a bit of torsion one way there, unpleasant, but not the end of the world unless it came in all loaded on one side

Theres no math to do, i pull a spread remember? :p

Its harder to get that AMOUNT of side flex, but still doable as long as you take care to overload the beams a few times as was apparently the case before i pulled it.

Thats to do with the higher arch and springback properties of aluminum beams if im not mistaken.

Beam has a harder time flexing sideways before it looses the arch. If you have a 40 foot lightweight wbeam in a shop, support it with horses spaced 10 feet apart, check how much it flexes the ends if its sitting like an "I" vs an "H"

I’m assuming that the trailer is either getting loaded or unloaded, so the load is not finished. Nothing to worry about.

Yes, i agree BUT, it is without a doubt putting a great amount of stress on the truck frame and kingpin plate, especially as gentle as loaders are with em.

Dont kid yourself though, it IS POSSIBLE to get too much weight on one side when loading/unloading. Had an instance where the unloader was pulling bar off passenger side and with 2 bundles left on drivers side, forward trailer tire was no longer touching the ground.

Personally im not sure i wouldnt have just said "f it" and shifted em forward anyway, legality be ######, id prefer not worrying about snapping a beam

Loading unloading is irrelevant that amount of point loading is not good for either beam of trailer or structure
