Although it isnt clear, it could be one of those Walmarts that don't own the lot, and don't set the rules regarding who parks there. Yet, the security guard and his supe, who work for walmart made a scene. The owner of the lot didn't have a problem with him parking there until then.

    OP, is that right?

In 10 years I've had one walmart employee knock on my door and ask me to move. I showed her my last 3 receipts and she said 'have a good evening, sir'

I've also made arrangements to park on private businesses and land all over the country. Yeah sometimes it's easier to ask for forgiveness than permission... but like it's been said over and over again a little professionalism and courtesy goes a long way.

Yes they allowed me to park there 4 years ago. I dont know who owns the parking lot, since other businesses have their say and boundaries. The only person i know is the property manager and he has no problems with it.

There are a lot of idiots around the area especially my neighbor who lives at the end of the block. Im guessing shes the one who complained to the new security guard that don't know anything better. Last year, she complained to the cops about my truck, bobtail, parked in MY driveway. Cops came, they saw, and they left knowing nothing was wrong.

The truck and trailer is still parked in the parking lot.

    Friday Thanks this.

Not here in Virginia, where if you live in a city or town with no crime rate that people tend to mutate into criminals and villains.

Iceman made created the scene it sounds like.So of course the guard and supervisor is going to defend what they say.He should have just moved instead of making a big deal out of it and never park there again. He lives a minute away he should park on his own dam property.

Yes. Like I said, Whenever I go home for hometime, I park at the strip mall parking lot. Ive been inside these other businesses, McDonalds, lifetime fitness, pet valu, walmart, ect.. And they know me personally. Thats how I found out that each business pays their fair share and is managed by the property manager.

I would like to see this law or tell us the city and state you live in and I'll find it myself.

I can't take the trailer inside my driveway. I take my truck inside, bobtail, to clean it.
