I just got to stick it out for another 2 years till wife finishes her degree. Not sure now if I’m staying or leaving yet but the housing industry doesn’t seem like it’s going to withstand this virus.

you might not agree but I can bet you that you might know the difference between a disc brake and drum brake but this newer generation can’t even get a wheel off a car.

so ya I don’t have high hopes of the future.
