It is the intelligence of the parents. The parents taught the kid this is how things are done.

GM CHRYSLER, how does a driver have meth in their system in this day and age? I suppose some are bound to still fall thought the cracks. Meth is nasty stuff, the nastiest.

Probably a given, doesn't help the family. She's dead while he waits for the tennis court. While I'm not defending this guy any, there are things one can do to avoid being killed. How can someone not see a truck turning around on the interstate? Was she speeding, distracted or impaired herself? It's why lawyers have a field day with stuff like this.

Not close to this tragedy sevenmph describes.
Driver left yard to do his deliveries. Few miles down the interstate realizes he has forgotten paperwork. Instead of going couple more miles to the next exit, he panics, does u turn on median crossover...in front of company manager on his way to work. Perfect timing!
He got a few days off for that stunt. He should have been fired.

But we don't know the whole situation. Was he over a hill crest? What were the road conditions? Most people don't expect a stationary vehicle on the interstate. He is the only liable in this accident.

Sounded like he just all of a sudden pulled a u from the right lane in front of the car that was just seconds behind him blocking the whole road. No way for her to avoid that.

It’s against the law to try and make u turn on the interstate. Absolutely no excuse for that level of stupidity.
