this moving violation can be a problem?

    But, if he starts now, even with a miserable job, in one year he will have 12 months experience and 100's more jobs will be available.

    True, and thats what i did as well. But to put up with a company like that you have to be tough and i think the chances of not making it are much higher than at a big box training company.

    Only OP knows if he can handle being treated like less than dirt and deal with other questionable working conditions.

    Yes, some people can't handle pressure so just can't deal with taking it step at a time.

    I talked to US Express recruiter and they told me I should not have 3 such violation in past 3 years. So 1 violation should not be a problem. anyway I am waiting for my friend who promised me to employ me and pay salary as experienced driver.
