I tried getting this elusive record but the DMV over here only offers a 3 and 10 year, both of which are equally useless as shown in the picture earlier.

I also just got off the phone with Texas DPS and the guy searched and even had his supervisor searching and they couldn't find a single citation for me in the state of Texas. Incidentally the only thing close to "court 200" as listed on my driving record is a district court that doesn't handle traffic cases.

I don't know anymore. I'd be surprised if anyone could find it at this point.

Schneider doesn't allow any reckless driving in the last 5 years if it's in a personal vehicle (15 for commercial), but the only thing they list for 15+ is no more than 2 in 3 years (personal vehicle). That's assuming the link below is accurate.

Well, by looking through the link you provided it sounds like you are hirable by their standards.

Something I posted a while back..

What you have is considered a "SERIOUS TRAFFIC VIOLATION" "Excessive speeding (15 mph or more above the posted limit)." If you had a CDL.
    "CMV AND CDL HOLDER DISQUALIFYINGVIOLATIONS"

    Good read...https://www.dmv.de.gov/services/driver_services/faqs/cmv_cdl_holder_violations.pdf

    Good luck with Schneider.

Arizona has a 5 year certified report which is what most companies use. I'm sure other states are the same. Go get one.

Doesn't matter what you write on your app or say or whatever, your either gonna satisfy the company or your not.

My dog ate the ticket wouldn't sell me.

I'm not trying to sneak anything by a company, I'm trying to get the specifics so I can be honest about it. At this point I've put no less than 10 hours and $100 into finding the ticket. If my greatest crime in life ends up being throwing a piece of paper away, so be it, I don't care what would sell you.

And a certified record is the same thing except it can be used in court, as far as I know.

If no one can find it, it must not exist. Things do disappear on occasion, merely by happenstance...

Well between the age of 18 & 19 I amassed 25 speeding tickets. 17 for Exhibition of Speed & Reckless Driving. 23 went into warrants and styed that way until I got busted and the judge let me go in The Navy or do a year in county. This does not count two separate occasions I was let off scot free, one of those being taken out at gun point at 135 MPH.

Now this is near 35 years ago, and I can still remember in detail every occurrence.

Your greatest crime may be being full of ####.

That's great and all, but I wasn't a career criminal as a kid like you so I didn't get into the habit of remembering every detail of my screw ups. I paid it and put it behind me. I remember a lot about it, just not the specific speed I was cited for and if the cop used the construction speed zone or the regular speed zone, which would dramatically change the overage I was doing. I do remember he dropped the doubled fine though.

I started at CRE 12 years ago in this game. I remember on the last day of orientation they had the " Integrity Interview ". The man conducting the interview was the retired Deputy Director of The Utah Highway Patrol.

He would say " Is there anything I need to know? "

Lots of guys said nope. And that was game over. Dismissed. End of story.

He already knows everything, he just wants to know if your honest or not. I don't think Schneider does that. But I watched a bunch of dudes go bye byes on the last day of all that hell just for not being honest.

    I'm sure you'll go far.
