    I was in a 50mph zone on a two lane blacktop. I actually thought it was a bird when I saw coming.

    “That’s no bird!!!”

    BOOM!

    The glass made it all the way back to my bunk.

    I didn’t cry because I was scared. I just got glass in both eyes at the same time. LOL

    thankfully I wear glasses. I totally didn’t cry.

    Kinda you wonder makes how well that safety glass works. Had a oncoming log truck throw a mud ball at my wind shield once upon a time, really lucky that day. didn't do anymore damage than your meteorite did , but those glass splinters are scary.
