    In Florida, it is a felony to abandon a watercraft. They haul them up to Alabama all the time and dump them off. Hurricane damaged big ### yachts too.

    Surprise…surprise…surprise! My wife bought me a new Herd bumper for Christmas. I guess my constant war against rust, and rattles with the black painted one that prime had put on it finally convinced her this was the best way to shut me up.
