    I don’t know about the rest of the states but out on the west coast there has been a proliferation of taco trucks near truck stops. Otter very happy.

    The one across from the TA in Corning, California has an insanely good carnitas burrito just to name one.

    I chased down a food truck one time Lol. Saw it a few blocks away from where I was delivering. I got about 100ft from him and he was starting to pull away and I ran like a professional sprinter. He stopped Lol
