I take mine to AutoZone. They take ten gallons a day, but if I have some saved up, they'll take all of it as long as they have room.
For draining the oil, I use this:

Once I pour in the new oil, I pump the old oil into the jugs, and it's ready to go to AutoZone.
This will go down on my permanent record...
