I'm not sure what his occupation is for sure, but by the sounds of it, i'm sure hes one of those guys that wears a tinfoil hat. thinks he knows all.

I dont really care about that azzclown, its just the fact of him spewing his disrespectful ignorant ideology out there and theres fellow truckers on this site that agree with him. we are all entitiled to our opinions, but when boywander said" micheal rose was spot on" that just initiates a response from someone like myself that is a safe, hard working owner operator that came from a family of the same for many years back. his 4.5 years hasnt taught him anything but to be a disgrace and disrespectful.

if not for the indepdents way back in the days after ww2 and even before that, i dont think america would have done nearly as well as far ecomnomic growth through the years if it werent for the sacirice of the indepdents owner operators.not saying company drivers gave any less of a sacrifice, but it wasnt them he was critiziing. i didnt appreciate the lack of respect nor knowlege either one of these clowns possessed to write such crap by mr.rose or his sidekick boywander.

sad thing is, one of them claims to be a professional driver, but yet wants to cause other people harm via the very same road hes claiming he wants to make safer by enforcing more regs. and laws.

I'm proud of my familys legecy and where i came from. I understand all the sarifice and hard work it took in the old days to get us where were are today, unforchanately, people like boywander, micheal rose and many others try to discredit the hardworking men and women for the work they have done. its a lifestyle they could never truly understand nor deal with. they dont seem to posses the testicular fortitude to handle such.

I don't think it was an article by Michael rose, I saw it last night at the j, its a letter to the editor of the challenge magazine you get at pilot, the new issue with darius rucker on the cover. that's all is was , just a short letter from a newbie driver.

Yep, except he was stating his opinion, without intent to cause harm or damage to the credibility / reputation of a specific individual. So it doesn't meet the legal definition of Libel, either.
