    I read the results of a study done comparing safety performance as it relates to # of years a carrier has been in service. Predictably, as carriers aged, they became more safety aware and more safety oriented. Not so with NAFTA carriers.....they actually got worse or stayed the same as they got "older".

    Let's not forget the cultural differences...In Mexico..bribes are expected...a way of life for everybody....
    Here...if you bribe DOT...your azzhat will go to jail....
