Pretty much the same way we got started. Bite the bullet or leave it.
Most of the training in bigger fleets is just for their file. If thomething goes wrong with a new driver, they have something to point on. Doesn't matter wether the training was successful or not.

Trucking Jobs in 30 seconds
Every month 400 people find a job with the help of TruckersReport.

That's true, but some trucking companies and schools have students brainwashed that they need a babysitter for months. Driving isn't that complicated. Some, so called, trainers think they're god's gift to the universe.Toomanybikes and Jonkie Thank this.
-
For months? Not hardly most training isn't long enough, what happens on our roads mostly with new drivers is proof of that. Not everybody is advanced as you are China.People learn at different paces.
-
I reported you to the MODS for insulting me! I'm offended!
Did you get the job at FF?pattyj Thanks this. -
Lol I hope you didn't report me.I'm still waiting but also applying for other jobs while waiting.I did email recruiter yesterday.Told her I'm getting the feeling FF doesn't need me that bad or just plain forgot about me.Then Ray talked to an FF driver yesterday and he said it took a month before he got hired.Chinatown Thanks this.

@bavarian, (and China...) Now maybe I'm seeing this wrong, but from his posts, it looks to me like the op is lacking in self confidence, as much as anything else. I think he'd be better off if he has some training.
Oh yeah, bavarian, would you suggest he SHOULD go to CRE?

I have tires that look like that right now. As long as the cups aren't so deep you can see belts, don't worry about it. Just make sure they're inflated.
-
I'm not suggesting any trainings fleet. Most ( I don't want to say all) lack of capable trainers or the program itself is scrap.
"Trainers" with barely a year of driving, I'm not saying experience
-who sit in the passenger seat and play with their cell phones all day long
-who are not able to keep the bumper and fairings straight
-who are not able to give a trainee instructions how to back in a spot and even refuse to get out and look,
are useless and a waste of time and money.
Team driving like it's practiced by many companies isn't training either.
Now it's your turn to pick a fleet.
