    Knight and US express told me if I didn’t accept the offer that minute ,that they would trash my app and I’d have to start over…..C-Ya!!

    An hour and a half interview ? I've had 100 jobs over the years, never more than 15 min interview. Trucking's always been fill out app, they run background check, they call me, tell me when orientation starts ...

    The recruiter explained company policy, and every aspect of the driving position I applied for. Asked about my previous employment and driving history. I was asked 15-20 standard interview questions. I asked him some questions about the job, and he said a recruiter would get back to me. So yes that was an hour and half.
