Yup. Tonight I made a ham steak, fried cabbage, and grilled asparagus.

I will be in the "restore" program I think they call it because I'm basically a student driver.

Does anyone have any info on how miles are on their 6 State Regional?

My buddy "Float" ran hard enough in a year to buy a truck(cash) on Elogs....
Elogs are a lazy truckers excuse for not being able to hack it....
Takes a little planning and brainpower....
I've run consistent high miles on Elogs also...

Here comes the supertrucker parade. Time to hear how great they are. Time to hear the drums of war. Nevermind, that's just the STs pounding their chests like gorillas.

I, for one, like electronic logs. Not saying they should be mandated. But everytime I read an ad that says paper logs/run hard, it always seems to be with a wink-wink nudge-nudge, and the feeling of retribution if you don't run how they want you to (illegal).

They need elogs without the 14 hour rule. That would cure a lot of ills. Give us the 11/10, and let us get it done at our ability/leisure/convenience. 14 hour rules put more stress on us, while forcing us to drive when we might not be safe to.

Yes the fourteen hour rule must go....
Every race I know has a timer...
But yes Elogs shouldn't be mandatory.
Mainly because the only reason the big companies like them is to run the little companies out of business.
The smaller companies not having the flexibility to adapt to load saves and such....
The big companies say "that Elogs level the playing field..." okay big' n how about your big fuel discounts, big Tire discounts,
priority shop placement, kickbacks from government for fuel strategy ideas, government grants (all for the big companies) for truck safety advancement..
Give those to the little fellers if you truly want a level playing field.....
Plus lots of big players with stock in Qualcomm and others....

    poppapump1332 and Knucklehead Thank this.
