Ticket question?

A 12 point ticket will suspend your license. It will cause you to have to get a SR22 form filed and your insurance will prohibit you from getting your CDL. Most likely you will be fired. Other then that it is all good news. You will have to have a lawyer and quickly.

Now, did you beat the other car or not?

Oh, and if you continue on this path I have friends in prison as well as a friend who is a Mortician. I will let them know to expect you.

 

You need to get the citation, take the citation to work, hand it in to the safety or manager and plead your case.. Tell them you are planning on fighting the ticket, but you better have a lawyer's card in your pocket. This was not very wise.

 

I would say the most of us would have fired you if we had a vote. We are giving you advice to save your career by getting a lawyer. There is no possible excuse for what you have done. And that is coming from a convicted felon.

 

Lots of companies will not care if you get the ticket reduced.. you were guilty of driving in an unsafe manner. I have seen more than one driver who was terminated and later got the charge plead down.. they can sell that story to their next company..

 

You will have to get it drop to under 8 points. 8 points in a certain time frame will suspend your license. 12 is anytime in a 3 year period. You need a good lawyer. I recommend Matlock and Mason.

 

Not for long...Like everyone else said. Pony up the $$$$ and hire an ambulance chaser. Your license = big wee wee = pornstar. Lose it and you're bent over.

 

Here in SC you will be suspended what company are you with.
