Yea ole Merle got his start there, thanks to Johnny Cash. You watch that video San Quentin by Cash, you'll see Haggard dressed in his inmate uniform. lol He came along way.

Uh-huh. In football terms, you go in as a tight end and come out a wide receiver!:p:D
As to the OP, sorry dude you get zero sympathy from me. No, not saying I'm better than you, just saying that I've seen too much.
FWIW, in my younger days, (much, much younger,) I was a terror behind the wheel...:(

The ticket doesn't matter until/unless you are convicted. Hire an attorney then you'll be good to go.

what school did you go to, that taught you to be reckless? do you not have any respect for the license you were trying to get? you had better lawyer up, and if you lose, and the charges stay, you do know, that as a current employee, you must fill out a form each year stating any infractions? if you do not get fired by that point and time, you certainly will be soon enough.

i as well feel no sympathy. to me, he has shown no respect for the job, his license, maybe even himself. took it all for granted. too bad, he still most likely has a student loan to pay as well.

i hope you got that in writing, the company vouching for you. problem here though, if the charges stick, and his insurance see's the reckless driving, can you say toast?
