    Your post doesn't make any sense don't think you even know what your talking about.1 how do they put late payment on your driving record?ido you even understand what highway use tax or 2290 are that's payed to IRS by the owner or leasor of truck a state trooper can't fine or even write a ticket for that.doing a inspection promptly have no idea what that means it was either done or not.
