Well all i can say is they have reputation defender . Wonder why that is . Because of people like Tinman posting his experience maybe. And there are drivers that will cry to the boss cause your hurting there recruiting prospects. By posting negative experinces why you were employed here. Heck there even drivers that will steel you referrals from you . Because you was talking to a driver on there thread. And they feel they should have that referral. Believe it or not the company will side with them and stop your referral bonus. Because they are a cheerleader and you arent. But thats how some people do business. And tinman sorry things didnt work . There were many just like you . If i had to guess i would say 50 drivers been hired here with this awesome company in the last 3 months . Now think about it . Thats alot of money to be made. You probably shouldnt have put your truck # with your post name . Im sure somebody snitched you out by now.

If they got REPUTATION DEFENDER then they got more than just people on TTR talking about them in a neg light..

lol this story is get really good and turning into one of them i told you so!! been watching and reading all these post for months now. i myself seriously thought bout it cause sounded so great. then heard program on radio that described them to the T without using the name. how they use drivers to make them look good and spread the word. and then seeing that dark secret about recruits being called out. so waited and watched and sure enough the drivers started falling out like flies. its the same as working at say a factory you cant base your income on OT. NOW this is me and for me only !!!!! i want be able to enjoy family, pay bills, truck payment, etc on a 7 to 10 day job that avr. 2200/2300 miles week and having to drive 55. this just my opinion that im intitled to. if it helps someone then great if it rubs one raw then maybe some truth to the story.

Bigcat caused that himself. He got a big head and thought he was better than everybody else. He did not want to run regular freight anymore because he was too good for that.

I agree he got the big head but .. All good things come to an end is what I ment by it . Can only keep up the pace of the recruiting numbers only as long as they got turn over at ACT . With that said if the turn over continues to the amount that 4-5 guys maybe 6 can keep 4-5 recruits all the time . Can you honestly say its a awesome place to work or do you become a PAID SPOKESPERSON there is a difference in recommending a company cause you believe in it and being a PAID SPOKESPERSON Big cat - was paid for being a mobile recruiter for swift that was not hid it was done out in the open

So very true is all I will say,and will remain anonymous:biggrin_25511: And another thing what is up with 3/4 of the drivers being to good to even give a friendly wave just strikes me as odd is all.

Last 2 weeks sucked but had a minor break down and somebody hit me week before that. So see how these 2 weeks go because -267.46 is not good but was a holiday today to so screwed up paper work.
