Yeah but a neg check just means your break even is gonna be that much higher next week .. Theses LP deals don't take into consideration these things

4100 miles in a week . Can you do that legally. Im on elog that would be hard to do. You must be on paper. I persannal cant wait till everybodys on elog think the playing field be better . Paper drivers have the advantage . You guys go ahead drive to the consignee when your out of hrs 15 20min away . Much easier to control your position on load board seems like . Alot of times i been stuck wished i could of been at consignee . Instead im down the street waiting for the clock to say go baby go. Run hurry fast .lol. Some drivers like them i dont. Heck i seen a driver with an elog sticker on his truck . He was on paper lucky dog.

You Guy's crack me up.On this thread you've managed to come up with every excuse you can dream up.What you're problem is,is that you don't know how to work.Maybe you never learned, maybe you forgot,or maybe you just don't know how.I've been at ACT 7 months now and have taken 1 hometime for 2 week's.You see,I'm going to pay my truck off and in the meantime I'm putting over 1k in my bank every week.

I don't care how many recruit's some driver has.I don't care about elogs vs paper.I don't care if you don't like your dispatcher.I don't care if you go home every week or two and stay to long and go broke.

As a matter of fact I hope you do go home every week,I hope you find other driver's,like you're doing here and sit around and tell each other how bad ACT is treating you and that's it's a big scam. You see while you're sitting at home trying to figure out which bill's you can pay and which one's you can't,I'll be running the load you missed. When you finally quit,I'll be running the loads your truck can't while it's sitting at the yard waiting to be serviced and leased to another crybaby. This is a gold mine for me.

The o/p of this thread state's he was doing "Great" the first 3 month's and then turn's around and accuses me of being a "Chosen One" Was he a Chosen One the first 3 month's and then got Unchosen. That's the funniest excuse I've ever heard.I'm sure you guy's will come up with plenty more.

Misery love's company and Bird's of a feather flock together!

Me,I like reading and talking to succesful people.I'm old and I learned a long time ago, that if you see a guy that's succesful doing the same thing you are, then you copy exactly what he does and waalaa you're now headed in the right direction.

If you guy's stay at this long enough, you should be able to convince yourselves to jump of a bridge, all at the same time!

Pete , I got no beef with you at all and I don't work at ACT .. But to say that a guy has no work ethic is kind of a stretch for me to see . So basically your saying if the miles are not there you should hang out in your truck at a TS and eat the buffet ? If that's work hey maybe I'm wrong .. People are gonna have different experiences at ACT . You should just feel blessed yours is a good one

You are going to have good weeks and bad weeks. That's just part of the game with any company. I don't know about any chosen one, it's all about doing a job and being in a position to get good freight. It's not always going to work out perfect all the time like when I was in Il. last week and had like 5 drivers in front of me on the board. It just works out that way sometimes. I'm not on a trucking magazine with my thumb up and don't want to be. I'm just here to do my job and do it the best I can. That's all anyone can ask for. Is L/P for everyone? Not at all. Is it for me? Only time will tell, but I will give it my best shot.

I don't have any recruits and will be getting my hazmat when I go home next time so I can get a raise that way lol. And I'm gonna try to stay away from the Ameristar for awhile:biggrin_25519:
