All the ACT threads appear to be by L/Os. I'm interested to hear from the company driver perspective. Anyone? I have enough experience in trucking to know a company thats good to it's L/Os can be horrible to it's company drivers. We tend to get all the loads the lease drivers don't want.

They hire co. drivers all the time. There were three co. Drivers in orientation.

They call it their reACTivate program. It is where they hire a driver that has been off the road for a bit and put them out with a trainer for a week or two. After that they run as a company driver for 60 or 90 days then they have the option to lease a truck or stay company. I do know they are picky about where you live at for company driver positions.
