    20% on side windows in a car is legal here in Texas... but not on a CMV.

    Makes me wonder if it will be over 300 now in 2011. Got to cover the increased fuel surcharges on the shipping for the tickets I guess.

    I guess so... summer of 2009. I'm going to HAVE to get some light stint, though, I'm going to be running in the Rio Grande Valley a LOT.

    Nebraska fined me AND made me remove it on the spot.

    they don't play with tint. he whipped around from the other direction through the median just to test my tint, and it wasn't even dark.

    Makes sense... and that's why I offered to remove it, and of course, I was hoping to NOT get a real ticket. Didn't work.. got the ticket, and then he didn't seem to care. ######.
