Did you look over your carrier packet? I bet the answer is in there. And I also bet the answer is, as per the contract you signed, you owe them the money.

If it's not, well it's two business disagreeing on payment at that point. You only have two options.
    1. Ignore it and move on with life.
    2. Take them to court.

Yesterday TQL had a load posted in Bolingbrook for 1400 15Day was 1575.00 to Washington CT House. They posted the same load out of Chicago for 950.00 15day was 950.00 . They post different cities cuz it changes the rate on the lane. Bolingbrook got cancelled later. When i called he told me it was in bolingbrook but he would only pay 950.00 . I told him you had it posted hr ago for 1400. Out Bolingbrook. That must of been a differrent agent. No the refrence number was the same. I got tired of arguing i took a load for 1400 on 256mi instead . Click

TQL is shady. I do not understand how they are a major player in this business. There can not be THAT many new entrants to satisfy their existence, right? When I post my truck, if TQL calls while I am not busy, I get as much info I can and offer a high rate for their load. More often than not, the children who call are youngish (29 and under) and do not know how to deal with negotiations. They have to "get back to you" over simple stuff because they have to check with their boss on how to respond to someone asking questions... idk... they are a joke.

Or if I’m in a good mood - pick up and say we don’t load TQL

There is a whole country full of company driver's that have ZERO choice in what they are told to do. TQL LOVES these people that they have to check up on 5 times a day that will haul there cheap loads.

Yes the mega company's use TQL

Exactly. I worked with a small’ish fleet for half a year, an Amish based company, who had a farm. They loved TQL, he had about 20 trucks total between leased and company. He loved em, they had the volume, he had the trucks. Easy pee-z I guess. I did one or two loads for them, and said to myself, never would I work with them if I went on my own.
