Or a tig welder. I would just take it to a shop, send the customer a bill for what it costs.

I would get a quote to replace the entire rub rail from the MFG because it will never look the same.... Then you send that bill to the company. After they cut the check then you take it to a local welder.LoneCowboy Thanks this.

Came up with a little something that may help someone...
I got back to the yard well after dark. There are lights but not where I needed them. Had to back the RGN between a stepdeck and another RGN. Not bad except that I had to come at it from an angle and in the day there is no problem. The worklights were useless because I had to back around the corner into the spot soooo.... I put my flashlight on the corner of the stepdeck cranked her right in there. Think about that the next time you have to back in a dark location with no spotter, you can even put the light on the ground as a reference point.LoneCowboy, Macneil, Lepton1 and 2 others Thank this. -
On my other truck I had wireless remote spot light just dont mount it like I did it sideways now only rotates one way. But mounted flat just inside flareing would work great. Once I find another one I will one I will be putting one on here.
Oh little expensive but cost way less than trailer repairs
250 at tractor supply

In the October 10-4 truck magazine on page 23, Trux Accessories is advertising new round and oval led rights that are red for stop/turn/tail and white for backup all built into 1 light
tsavory Thanks this. -
I have garmin's back up camera which is wireless, and shows up on my gps. Have it mounted to the bumper of the trailer. When backing up, I have a 7' screen to see behind me with a fish eye veiw to the outside of the trailer. And can somewhat see at total darkness because my tail lights help, if not enough, I turn on flashers or beacon and I can see behind my trailer approx. 15'.
I've done the flashlight trick and that works well also. As my backup camera doesn't get me aligned well, just shows me if I'm hitting the hole well. -

Ok, here's a tip but nobody better laugh at me or I'll report you!
My chains are in a side box and get rusty. I have a 4 wheel drive Jeep Cherokee and hooked 2 chains at a time to trailer hitch. Then I drove through the dirt parking lot and cleaned them up real nice. Then.....one of the guys saw me doing this and cranked up the big tow behind cement mixer. Threw a bunch of sand in and took like 10 minutes and they looked brand new!LoneCowboy, Mr. Griz, ZeeX10 and 8 others Thank this.
