The hook has a a figure 8 looking end push the rubber rope though one hole about 2" back though the second and between the rope and hook pull it locks in place takes about 15 seconds each hook first time to put on.
And adjustments are fast push long end till where you want it pull the short end and done.

Same hook they use at about 1:30 in on this video just rubber rope instead of polyrope!

Wow, if I never folded a tarp before that'd look like a legit way to do it :/ wish I knew as much about using youtube as the fella that made that video.

That half fold is the same as we do our drywall tarps but the flap is seamed with the edges.
We pull whole center till we have about 6"of fold after end of drop. Well some do some i think just meat one edge to the next 3 or 4 times but its a pain when on top to unroll.

    How your fold yours?

Fold flap in, take one side from the second row of d rings/grommets (4' from edge) pull 2/3 across & fix so that's all straight, pull other other 1/3 over top from 4' d rings on that side, now your tarp is folded about 6' wide. Flip each side in 2' roll up. Final product is 2.5' wide after swelling from rolling, bout 22" in diameter.

Doing it this way: you can roll out some and flip open then secure then reroll excess for less than full tarp jobs. Or roll out whole thing and flip open 2x each way and your at 4' drop coverage with flap available. Excess is neatly folded inside no rolling pushing it up underneath after flipping it over.

Good setup with the bungee cord in terms of speed of tying down I'd imagine. I'm sure it takes practice to keep unruly loads up underneath without some bungees to pull it in other weird directions.

I'll have to try that on my personal tarps one day but would never work with the companies

Are they fitted? Works on 8' drops real nice.

Yeah bull nosed. Where tge flap on most tarps are is seamed together with the sides. When putting on a load i have to start about 8' from the end lay out and drag the corners to to edge.
Real pain is when the dang load starts real close to the bulk head. Most times tell loaders to put rear over hang instead.
So on tarped loads first 8-10" is unusable.

Lol, those things are almost bulletproof and don't take up alot of space. I picked up some skidded coils where the outside layers slipped up a 1/2" and made a sharp edge like a knife. Rolled up some old strap for edge protection and it only started to cut through 2 of the layers on the 1800 mile trip. I think they passed the test.
