    V board holder.

Two pieces of 1" square tubing bolted to the bottom of the trailer with a piece of angle iron welded in between.

I don't need the pole and don't care for the attachment. I want something little different, maybe like his paint roller attachment

that attachment is actually pretty handy, its actually a company that makes dry wall tools, it works great for shoving straps thru things

Last I checked at the store, the attachment and the pole is sold together and I want to use my own pole.
But it would be nice if someone could post a picture of that attachment or any others.

When placing edge protectors on tarps loads like wallboard, tarp first, throw your straps, place your edge protector with the two edges against the tarp and the ridge facing your strap, pull the strap tight against the tarp, that will hold the edge protector in place, use your winch bar or other stick to push it upwards and over the edge into place. It takes a little coordination, but you will get the hang of it quickly.

Those of you using the long handle with the attachments on it can make a simple edge protector attachment by making two clips to holed the edge protector while you place it on the edge.

There are many places that will not allow you to climb on the top of your load to place your edge protectors. I have found my method to be faster than climbing on top of the load or moving a ladder and it is, certainly, safer.
