Lepton1, PeteyFixAll and street beater Thank this. -
It's kind of like a fifth wheel puller. People use them to do something that is just as easy to do by hand. In this case, roll up straps.Pnwtrucker Thanks this.

I beg to differ, i worked my way through cdl school as a B girl...
-
Ouch driver... how often do you roll em up? Once every other week?Chewy352 Thanks this.

And i have a 5th wheel puller, but i use it for fishing crane straps through freight...
-
They are also good for when that chain does not quite get over far enough for you to reach it on the other side. Not that I would know anything about that though.street beater Thanks this.

I average three or four loads a week, with anywhere from 8 to 18 straps per load. I'll bet I can get my straps rolled up faster and more neatly than most folks using the strap to roller.Chewy352 Thanks this.

In the interest of honesty, I have one too. I use it for pulling chains that didn't go all the way under a load that needs to be wrapped. Or for fishing tire chains at times.street beater Thanks this.
