Truckstops served very carefully thought out meals to cover our needs as well as maintained a supply capable of ordering foods that are not on the menu but can be built in a short notice for the traveler or trucker. As far as nutrition matched to the work or sleepy time laying over (Eating little or eating light or regular etc) your body weight maintained itself. no worried. I was only around 130 wet most of my trucking.i worked on it a little bit after a go around with two thuggies revealed to myself only that age is beginning to get things a little bit slower and a touch off in accuracy as well as frittering the power away. Not to mention the endurance during a fight, what people call the gas tank today is going at a loss. When you no longer can breathe, you are fixing to be killed if your enemy so chooses. They might be driven to that level of rage because you just would not go down like you were supposed to do or actually hurt them. After my last one everything was a little loose. Enough to make me consider a hospital. For what? A dab of this, shot of that and maybe a rag of these? No thanks. If's its not broken I won't bother them.
Yes Virginia there are sometimes bones that are broken and I was too stupid to understand that. Yes they hurt but it's even more annoying when the doctors not involved in Bone stuff do not show interest in solving the problem. I think people would be wise to have it checked asap if suspected breaking. You can tear into other really important stuff and anything up to interesting deaths are a possibility.
