You might disappointed to hear, I used to haul the material used to make Michelins out of the port near Savannah Ga, all the way back to Oklahoma plant. They took the material right out of a shipping container and loaded it in my van. It’s all Chinese!

I run Ironman in all 10 spots. They've treated me well for over a year now. As for different size, I wouldn't worry about it. I don't like lugs, 1) they looove to pick up rocks in the treads. 2) can't move them to the front when needed.

Hopefully you guys won’t get stuck with this one dot number when you buy your next set of Michelin steers. They are 100% made by Nankang Rubber Tyre in china.

Yeah but they were molded here on American soil.. by illegal immigrants.. vs molded in China by child labor.
So that makes them better tires ...lol

Most rubber material used in tires worldwide comes from Thailand. Some is shipped to other countries, some have plants in Thailand. American, Chinese, German tires- most of the rubber imported from Thailand. It’s what you do with the materials that matters.

Yea I keep it somewhere in the middle and run Bridgestones or Yokohama’s. Everything is junk these days.
