    find a road service shop or towing company and sell them to them. I have one that i used to work for that I sell mine. I pull them at 5/32 normally and sell for 100.00 bucks. They know I take care of mine and then they resell them for 150.00. I don't run recaps. But other do. I do better pulling them early and selling, than running them bald and paying to dispose of them.
