"For my tires I am checking to make sure that there are no abrasions, bulges, or cuts and that they are filled to the manufacturer's specifications"
Even in this little thread there is no clear meaning for manufacturer's specifications

Oh I know where the information is for any specification on anything engineered but that is just not the point. There are three key elements to this topic
1)is the driver aware and capable of ensuring that ALL of the vehicle's original equipment is within manufacturer's specifications
2)is the company of the driver or the driver owner-operator willing to keep the vehicle's original equipment within manufacturer's specifications
3)does DOT adhere to the vehicle's specifications as opposed to making up there on guidelines
This is me just saying that I don't believe that there is any such "perfectly inflated tires for ALL conditions" and especially the driver not adjusting for different regions/weather, etc.
