I got one of those from the truckstop. When I used it in the frigid north, after laying on the cold ground, the hose broke into pieces when I tried to roll it back up. And the air chuck was short and made it a pain to use. The only part of it that was worth a crap was the glad hand and I could have got one of those for free from the shop.
So I picked up good hose from harbor freight. Rubber, not a cheap pvc hose. Then a good, long air chuck. You can get one on Amazon for $13 that locks onto the valve stems so you don't have to hold it. Later I put quick disconnects on the end of the hose and on the air chuck so I could run an air tool if I needed to.

Some truck stops also sell a better quality and more flexible hose for like $10 more. That’s the one I have and it works great in cold weather.

Yup, mine does fine rain or shine. I know the cheap one though since it was my first one. @farmerjohn64 I'd say about $60 ballpark and make sure it is a good rubber hose not the stiff type.

He maybe suggesting 120 because the steers are 16 ply. I run 16 ply on my steers, and that is the recommended pressure. Several states allow you to have what your tire rating is on your steer axle. In my home state, I'm allowed to have 13,200 on my steer axle

Every truck should have that in the tool kit. Saved my ### from a road call and being late the other day

Probably would’ve saved mine yesterday when I blew a tire
