With the roads in the condition they are square tires might ride better.

As a kid doing burnouts, allways though concrete tires and rubber roads would be better

Road warrior are more specialized in off road tires, be careful they are rough on pavement, i purchased a used truck with a set of 8 off roads, i didn't know at the time, blew my bearings.
i had bad experience with Chinese tires, blew up, bulged on the side, still paid 2000$ for 8 drives installed.
I purchased last month the second set of BFGoodrich DR454 highway drive tire low rolling resistance. I'm happy, first set lasted 450k and are price bellow Bridgestone ,Michelin.
You get what you pay for, a good brand has way better trade value, solid core or can get retreaded.

mslashbar, Diesel Dave and jamespmack Thank this.

My boss used to import these cheap tires from China we used to go through lots of tires as we ran into cattle properties to deliver cattle lick ( supplements for cattle in the drought) and could easily run over a sharp stone or a old tree stump so if we used expensive Bridgestones or Goodyear tyres there goes $300 where as a cheap $80 Chinese import was inexpensive, if we just ran highway only then the more expensive option would of been the way to go cause they do get longer wear.
