    So my wife and I visited Titan Transfer at their Cornersville and Shelbyville terminals this past Saturday (Nov 26)... I only managed a brief contact with a mechanic working on a Saturday at the Shelbyville terminal... He did not have much to say, so I bothered him no further. The facilities were nice, equipment looked really nice. Noticed at the Cornersville terminal that Titan was running a number of silver Volvo trucks... Also nice looking trucks, they just looked a little out-of-place, what with their "super single" tires and all.

    I have been texting the recruiter throughout the weekend, and we are hoping to link up via phone today. More when I know more.

    I went in that girlie bar once
    Scary place
    Park at, shell I think, and walk down the hill
    I heard the boobie bungalow at 6 closed down.
    Went in there once too.

    Yeah, I took a number of pics while I was there... the two girlie bars near the terminal looked pretty shady. And yes, the "World Famous Boobie Bungalow" at 6 did indeed close. The owner committed suicide...

    Took most of their money
    One girl told me she was hoping to get a job at McD's cuz it would be a big pay increase
    But I doubt Ronald would like her tats.

    Her making a comment like that, she's been hanging around that truckstop and truckers too much; "You can make more money flipping burgers." If that were true, strippers and truckers would be flipping burgers instead of jacking their jaws.

    I remember the suicide. Seems his whole family was involved in the strip joint.
    The little truckstop beside it is where I bought bottles of ephedrine pills. The had a display by the cash register and could by them by the hundreds real cheap.

    It was kind of dumpy. I never ate there or bought fuel; just take a short nap and by some pills for those California solo turnarounds.
